Been training for like almost all days for the past 1 or 2 months non-stop..
and friday(26 Jun 09), Sat(27 Jun 09) andSun(28 Jun 09) comes the day where we have been waiting for.Pol-ites 2009 and SDBF was quite memorable Dragonboat race for me.

#

I really must say i am very proud to be in this team and we had created a new set of history and objectives set.The feeling of winning the medals were the best as we had trained so much every week till we all had neglected badly our parents, siblings, Friends and gf very much.

#
It all was sealed when we all have given our best for every category and gotten something of it.The medals won were the only thing we can look back on from how much we had trained, the time we had sacrificed together as a team.
#
Good job RPDB i'm sure we are able to strive for a greater level and continue to train hard together to aicheve better results for up-coming events.

#
The thing that hit me was, my parents, sis and B came down to support me, this really gave me a greater boost to do even better as i would like to do them proud as well.big thanks to them!

B's celebration was done it as well!!woots!!!!managed to fend everything with Race and B's 21 birthday!

Sorry peeps,
Was freaking busy nowadays and super lazy to write new posts.hahait's quite impossible for me to list down everything that happen in my life and all yup.lols!

well, competitions are round the corner and been training almost everyday added wif work and other commitments ,Planning for B's birthday,i want her to have the greatest 21st birthday of her life!woots.freaking packed period balls..!
#
Just felt that for once ,i am able to cope much better then i do last time man,maybe that's the thing i had learnt ,to know how to juggle a few balls in the most stressful and difficult situations.In life,be it hard or easy, we should always be as strong as we can in the mind 1st before we set greater goals. It's also important to know what u want so you won't make decisions that will cost u blunders and mistakes.

To me "if we constantly improve ourselves everyday ,i'm sure life would be much more fufilling and colourful rather than just letting setbacks slap you hard on the face.We should take every life situation as a valuable lesson so we don't contineously commit the same mistakes blindly as there is no point to it ultimately but costs disharmony and unhappiness.
#
Should also learnt to take things easy sometimes yep.no point making a big fuss out of it.
#
Fill your mind and heart with the most wonderful things rather than the crap and shit .
